Estate wines from Changji — organic rows on the north side of the Tian Shan, where desert light meets mountain cold.
We farm vines on land that used to be empty scrub. The Gobi does not forgive lazy farming. That is useful.
Impression Gobi is a small estate winery in Changji: organic plantings, our own cellar, and wines that keep some of the heat and dust of the place they came from.

Not a manifesto. Just the habits we keep when the season gets hard.

Changji sits on the north foot of the Tian Shan. Long sun, little rain, cold nights. The fruit thickens. The skins hold.

We wait on the block, not on the calendar. Clusters go through the cellar only when sugar, acid, and taste agree.

Cabernet, Merlot, Syrah and Marselan need time in wood and bottle. We do not push a vintage out because a fair is next month.

Low rainfall means less disease pressure. We farm organically because the climate lets us — and because the wines taste cleaner for it.

Herb, pepper, dark fruit, real tannin. Not soft marketing wine. If you like structure, you will understand these bottles quickly.
